Maple Cinnamon Latte
Real maple and warm cinnamon over a double shot—like a short stack in a cup, minus the fork.
The whole spread
Espresso dialed in every morning, waffles straight from a hot iron, and a pastry case that tends to empty by noon. Everything below is made in-house—most of it today.
01Poured with intent
Espresso first, flavor second—syrups made in our kitchen, never from a bottle. Hot or iced, oat or dairy.
Real maple and warm cinnamon over a double shot—like a short stack in a cup, minus the fork.
6.25Brown butter, vanilla, and a whisper of nutmeg. Weekend breakfast, weekday timeline.
6.50Toasted marshmallow, dark chocolate, and a graham-crumb rim. Campfire optional.
6.50House caramel with a proper pinch of salt—sweet, salty, and gone too soon.
6.2502No reinventions
Good beans, proper ratios, and practice. The drinks that built the place.
Our house blend, pulled short and dialed in every morning. Bright, balanced, unbothered.
Espresso and hot water, nothing to hide. Ask for it long or short.
Equal parts espresso and steamed milk. Small glass, full opinion.
Steeped slow for eighteen hours. Smooth, dark, and quietly serious.
03From the iron
Brioche dough studded with pearl sugar and pressed on a hot iron until the edges crackle like caramel. Soft in the middle, best eaten warm, gone in minutes.
Pearl sugar, caramelized edges, eaten in hand.
Macerated berries, soft whipped cream, dusted sugar.
House caramel, brown-butter crumbs, a proper pinch.
04The pastry case
A short list, on purpose. What we bake, we bake well—and when it’s gone, it’s gone.
Overnight dough rolled deep with cinnamon and brown sugar, iced while it’s still warm.
4.75Rotates with the seasons—blueberry-lemon, spiced pear, chocolate hazelnut. Ask what’s in the case.
3.75Dense, dark, and a little underbaked on purpose. Best alongside an espresso.
4.25Everything can be decaf. Almost everything can be iced. Ask nicely and most things can be both.
